Why we exist

Reservation software has been stuck in a model built for hotel chains - expensive, complex, and designed for teams with IT departments. Meanwhile, the restaurant owner with eight tables and two staff members is answering calls during service, typing into a spreadsheet, and hoping nobody double-books Table 4.
SlotAgent starts with what operators need today: a fast, clear scheduling grid, a public booking link, and a team that can see the floor without a 15-minute briefing. We're layering AI on top of that foundation as it matures - not the other way around.
